Administrative Director of Healthcare Requirements:
- Need to have a passion for collaborating with many teams, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a servant leadership mentality
- Strategic Planning & Leadership of Healthcare at the Medical School collaborating with faculty and administrative offices
- Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement with experts in the healthcare industry nurturing a robust network of healthcare practitioners and alumni
- Faculty and Curricular Support working with faculty and students to develop, conduct, report and publish healthcare research
- Fund Raising and Alumni Relations to be the liaison between the faculty and Alumni Relations department to identify prospective donors
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others
Administrative Director of Healthcare Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration required
- 10+ years of experience in medical administration, some educational experience preferred
- 5+ years of medical or hospital management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse College constituencies
- Knowledge of hospital practices, experience with the collaboration of many teams, and high degree of organizational skills
