Liberty Personnel is recruiting for a Portfolio Manager for a growing commercial real estate group. 
This individual will drive the delivery and preparation of reports that will allow senior management to make decisions on portfolios, companies, transactions and deals. Candidates with a public accounting background working with real estate clients are highly desired. 

A few responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and projections for each investment to improve long term value.
• Supervise the leasing plans for the portfolio.
• Reviewing / analyzing financial statement packages, familiarity with venture structure and related documentation
• Complete performance reports to investors on a monthly and quarterly basis and present results directly to management.
• Review and analysis of the monthly financial reporting produced by the accounting team and property managers.
