Job description
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary to join our team as the Business Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading new business ideas, fostering creativity, and delivering profitable innovations across various aspects of our business - from beverages and food products to retail merchandise and digital experiences.
Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Envision and articulate a clear roadmap for business expansion and growth.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze competitor landscapes to stay ahead in the industry.
- Product Development and Launch:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of developing new beverages, food products, and retail merchandise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Digital Experience Enhancement:
- Drive the development of cutting-edge digital experiences for our customers.
- Identify and implement digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Financial Analysis and ROI:
- Evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives and ensure a positive return on investment.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of business strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and various departments to align business strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Track record of successful product launches and business expansion.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
