We’re looking for a digital native who loves manipulating data to glean insights and turn those insights into actionable digital marketing recommendations our teams and clients can follow. With the right mix of data analysis and strategic thinking, you’ll provide real-time optimization recommendations for our execution team and support key stakeholders on an e-commerce business with higher-level sales modeling and projections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect, review, and synthesize audience and industry research to inform client strategy
Gather performance data from multiple sources, including social media, e-commerce, web analytics, and digital ad platforms
Aggregate and manipulate data from multiple sources to perform hands-on data analysis and visualizations
Glean insights around marketing performance and user behavior
Translate insights into actionable recommendations related to digital marketing, social media marketing, and web optimization for our teams
Create and support the implementation of tracking mechanisms to ensure thorough tracking across all digital marketing efforts
Visualize and present data to both reflect on performance and model future business outcomes for executive-level stakeholders at e-commerce companies
Develop forecasts for media performance, including developing basic pacing and forecasting algorithms
Partner with our execution team to make ROI-driven budget allocation decisions across key tactics
Lead ad-hoc and proactive analytical efforts to identify key insights that can impact efficiency, scalability, and decision making across the marketing team
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree (ideally with a concentration in digital marketing, business, statistics, or applied mathematics or equivalent experience)
About 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics with an emphasis on full-funnel performance analysis, ROI measurement, and forecasting
Proven history of analyzing user behavior, marketing performance, e-commerce performance
Expert knowledge of using Excel to manipulate data. Experience with the R statistical programming language is a plus
Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, including digital media, social media, e-commerce, and web platforms. Specific expertise with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics is a plus
Strong presentation skills, including storytelling (written and verbal) using Microsoft PowerPoint
