Mcloughlin Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in Springfield, PA is searching for a full-time HVAC Installer who can be a world-class, customer-service superstar while completing residential or light commercial HVAC system installations. This will ultimately lead to repeat business! We offer this position an earning potential of $80,000+/year dependent upon experience and certifications, which includes bonuses, commissions, and an hourly wage of $26 - $30. HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant HVAC licensing and/or certifications
• Knowledge of local codes, low-voltage systems, and the functional design/installation of ductwork systems
• Proficiency testing and balancing systems
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug test
• The ability to lift up to 60+ lbs when performing typical job-related tasks

WORK SCHEDULE
