The Senior Product Quality Engineer is responsible for partnering with Systems and Design Engineers to review and interpret requirements to develop Mission Assurance plans, procedures, and processes to meet sponsor program requirements.

The Senior Product Quality Engineer will interact with Customers and cross functional teams in Systems, Design and Test Engineering in a matrix organization to prepare plans and requirements documents based on Draper’s established Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines. These project span from Proof of Concept, Product Development and Production to customer delivery of products.

The individual will require to work independently with program and engineering cross functional teams to assist them with implementation of best engineering practices and processes and provide engineering solution to focus on program execution, overall design and product quality.
