Job description
LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client to identify a HRIS Analyst to join their team. The HRIS Analyst will act as a key technical contributor in both day-to-day tasks and technical projects, including system implementations, upgrades, & changes, technical documentation, integration design and advanced report creation. The incumbent will provide global systems oversight and support to Human Resources, act as a liaison between HR and IT, contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives and be responsible for understanding, analyzing and recommending appropriate solutions to meet the company's tactical and strategic HR technology needs. This position requires the ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Lisle, IL.
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Enterprise V6, demonstrating proficiency in system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Stay abreast of ADP system updates and enhancements, providing insights into how these changes may impact our HR processes
Work closely with HR and other relevant departments to identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements within ADP Enterprise V6
Implement and manage enhancements, customizations and integrations to meet the evolving needs of the organization
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the ADP system, performing regular audits and collaborating with HR and IT teams to address discrepancies
Develop and maintain data extraction and reporting processes to support HR analytics and reporting requirements
Provide ongoing support to HRIS users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues and delivering training sessions as needed
Create and update documentation and training materials to assist users in understanding and maximizing the capabilities of ADP Enterprise V6
Monitor and enforce compliance with data protection regulations and company policies related to HR data within ADP Enterprise V6
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information
HRIS Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on ADP Enterprise
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Certification in ADP Enterprise V6 is a plus
