Job description
We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in North Orange County , including:
*Anaheim *Santa Ana *Orange *Fullerton *Brea *Other North Orange County cities
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

GrandCare Health Services Required Skills and Experience - At least one (1) year of experience as a PT, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California PT license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
