Our Payments mission - We make money move in real estate! We are looking for a Product Manager for our Payments Risk & Fraud product engineering team. This PM will help achieve that mission by protecting our property manager customers and the millions of residents, property owners, suppliers, and vendors, with whom they send and receive billions of dollars. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for developing tools to proactively mitigate negative outcomes and empower our operations team in efficiently probing potentially problematic behavior. Your impact
- Collaborate with the engineering team to execute on prioritized goal
- Collaborate closely with Risk & Fraud Operations teams to establish a strategic plan for ensuring the secure and sustainable expansion of our payments business within all APM real estate segments
- Prioritize and define key projects that effectively address and mitigate Fraud and Risk, staying adaptable to evolving trends within the real estate ecosystem
- Take ownership of refining and defining metrics for your team's initiatives, emphasizing their impact on both our business and customers
Must have - A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in product management
- Experience working collaboratively with software development, UX, and QA teams
- Ruthless in prioritization and creation of focus/clarity for the team on long-term initiatives
- A natural collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making and can influence through informal authority
- Proven ability to lead and partner with senior leadership
Nice to have - Experience within the Trust & Safety, Payments Fraud, and Risk domains at scaled technology companies
- Strong background in consulting or entrepreneurial ventures, bringing valuable insights and a proactive approach to the role
- An engineering background
- Skilled at striking the right balance between fraud/risk reduction, customer experience, and business enablement
Compensation & Benefits The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $110,000 - $165,000. The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
