Description:
This is a manufacturing, industrial environment. They will be working around carbon fiber (making the sheets called "prepreg"), working with resin systems to create the material it is supplied to aviation clients. This Operator will be evaluating material coming through line for accuracy and operating machine. Can take a couple hours to complete a job or sometimes a couple days in between change overs.
Can be noisy at times as well as can get slow while the machine is working to create the honey comb fiber. You will have to keep an eye on the machine and no cell phones are allowed on the floor.
You will be working with a small team of up to 10. You will be training and learning machine as not expected to know how to operate it but is looking for someone willing to learn and take initiative. You must be open to feedback and coaching because accuracy is highly important because these part can be on airplanes.
