ACCOUNTING CLERK

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, and recording a wide range of transactions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high attention to detail. Typical hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

JOB DUTIES:

• Process accounts payable.
• Maintain vendor and customer records.
• Process financial transactions, such as, ACH and credit card transactions.
• Verify accuracy of financial and transactional data
• Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information.
• Perform general office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Mathematical knowledge and reasoning skills
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Flexible and responsive.
