Job description
We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney in the Legal industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of Family Law. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected and established team.
As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients regarding family law issues such as custody, visitation, support, protective orders, divorce, domestic violence, paternity, and more. You will be responsible for conducting depositions, mediations, and hearings, and representing clients in court. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all laws and regulations are complied with.
At Least 1 Year of Experience with:
- Custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and all other aspects of Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Paternity cases
- Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings
- JD Degree
Competitive Base Salary ($120,000 - $210,000 Depending on Experience)
- Bonuses up to 30% of Salary
