Technical Services Leader – Consumer Packaging
Location Preference: Atlanta or Orlando (Open to relocation candidates from the Eastern Seaboard, ideally the Southeastern zone)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Leader to spearhead our Consumer Packaging technical services, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our premier account(s). This role is pivotal in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing operational efficiencies, and leading high-speed automation projects within the packaging industry. Your expertise will drive the seamless execution of installations, maintenance, and customer service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive technical services, acting as the primary point of contact for major consumer packaging accounts.
- Forge robust customer relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance technical service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute service offerings, including installations, maintenance, and spare parts management, aligning with our Global Technical Services portfolio.
- Ensure meticulous project management for installations and maintenance projects, from cost estimation to execution, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Engage with customers across various levels, providing technical expertise and consulting to optimize their operations and reinforce our value proposition.
- Manage and resolve technical, operational, and engineering issues, enhancing product and service quality.
- Drive internal and external customer satisfaction, offering solutions that underscore our commitment to adding value and strengthening partnerships.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-speed automation projects.
- 10+ years within the packaging industry, showcasing profound machinery and operational knowledge.
- 3+ years of proven Project Management expertise.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, collaborating closely with Field Service teams and customers.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a knack for building strong customer and team relationships.
