Job description
Our client is urgently seeking a Medical Doctor to see patients, perform orthopedic-focused exams, and administer joint injections in an outpatient setting for their clinics in Buffalo, NY.
Position Details:
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York.
- Belief in the potential of regenerative therapies to help treat arthritis, joint injuries, and chronic pain and help patients avoid surgery and pain meds (training provided).
- To be outstanding with patients and develop immediate rapport as a concierge medical provider, one must communicate confidence in regenerative medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for delivering medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an area of expertise.
- Starts ASAP.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
- Supervise medical staff of mid-level providers and assistants.
- Follows established policies, procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- BMAC experience is a plus.
Details and compensation:
- Initial Schedule: 1 day per week - Thursdays.
- The clinic is located in Buffalo, NY.
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training class.
- Compensation is $1500 - $2000 per day BOE.
- Potential to earn a bonus tied to the performance of the clinic.
