Job Description

• Conduct investigations emanating from customer complaints.
• Perform internal quality audits. 
• Maintain Supplier Corrective Action activities including issuance and closure of SCAR's.
• Perform analysis of returned goods and determine proper disposition.
• Maintain assigned tasks within CatsWeb complaint system.
• Identify if complaints have direct impact on manufacturing process and present findings to management.
• Enter and track NCMR's.
• Perform calibration activities when necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience.
• Experience in a FDA regulated environment desired.
• Preferably Medical device industry.
• Technical proficiency with measurement devices and calibration.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel.
