Associate Attorney Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital legal counsel to clients on a variety of matters related to Employee Stock, ESOP, Employee Benefits, and Litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you must have a thorough understanding of the law and be able to navigate difficult legal situations. You will be a crucial part of our team, representing clients in court and providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on legal matters relating to Employee Stock, ESOP, Employee Benefits, and Litigation.
• Conduct legal research to determine best courses of action.
• Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, contracts, and motions.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Employee Stock, ESOP, Employee Benefits, and Litigation.
