JOB FUNCTION: The position is responsible for maintenance of Janitorial projects and various other duties including:
- Removing trash from all shops.
- Mopping, waxing, and stripping floors.
- Operating a floor scrubber.
- Completing miscellaneous janitorial work.
- Performing various maintenance projects such as updating lighting and other tasks.
- Performing other duties as directed.
Required Skills - Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
- Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces.
- Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
Required Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent, some High School Education acceptable.
- Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
- Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
