Job description
Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for a Medical Assistant in Palo Alto, CA at one of their Infusion Treatment Clinics. This is a full-time opportunity with the hours being 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front/Back-office duties
Carry out clinician orders and perform/assist with patient care procedures and treatments
Perform technical, clerical, and patient care tasks
Take patients’ vitals, medical history, etc.
Use EPIC EMR
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 Years of Medical Assisting Experience Required.
High School Graduate or equivalent required
Medical Assistant Certificate and/or Diploma
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Pay range for this opportunity is $28 - $30 based on experience .
