Job Summary:
The Front Desk position at Loyalty Inn Tallahassee is a full-time, individual contributor role in the hospitality and restaurant industry. The main responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their overall satisfaction during their stay at the hotel. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a strong desire to create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests as they arrive at the hotel in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Process payments and manage guest folios accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all guest needs are met
- Provide information to guests about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and team members
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in computer application and reservation systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
