Salary: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities· Present and explain insurance policies based on client needs and goals
· Our best performers are competitive and coachable
· Prospect and generate new business with agency provided leads and referral sources
· Be outstanding at relationship building
· Be motivated and able to contribute to a winning TEAM and potentially establish and grow an insurance agency.
Requirements· Active General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
· Possess Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health TX license within 45 days of hire
· Meet production/sales new business goals
· Self starter with outstanding communication and sales skills
· Work in Agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
· Pass a background check with state, Federal and County Criminal history
