As a Patient Service Representative at Granger Medical, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Most shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , allowing for a predictable schedule and work-life balance. With a focus on problem-solving and excellence, you will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Patient Service Representative at Granger Medical, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are essential for tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information accurately. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role.
