Job description
Our client is an international manufacturer looking to add a Corporate Controller to their world class accounting team. You will have full financial responsibility of 3 divisions totaling around $150MM in revenue.
Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting and Control: Establishes and maintains accurate accounting records, policies, and processes in accordance with GAAP. Monitors and improves systems for financial statements preparation, payroll, inventory, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Produces financial reports, interprets business operations, and analyzes financial impacts. Alerts senior leadership to trends and variances in financial performance.
- Budgeting and Cash Flow Forecasting: Develops and presents annual and monthly budgets and cash flow forecasts. Trains business units in model use and monitors their adherence.
- Business Control Systems and Procedures: Designs and enhances control systems for various business functions. Provides guidance and monitors implementation across business units.
- Leadership and Development: Leads and develops a competent finance team. Establishes performance standards, provides training, and fosters a positive work environment.
- Standard Cost Accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Large ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Manufacturing experience
- Previous managerial experience
