Job description
A large hospital system in Eugene, OR is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for their ICU department.
The Position:
• Full-Time, 8 Hour Variable shifts
• Provide managerial assistance to the Nurse Manager
• Patient care and family assistance
• Assist management with staff supervision and documentation of personnel actions along with
evaluation of work product and performance including the Clinical Educator
• Assist in budget monitoring

Qualifications:
• ASN, (BSN preferred)
• 3 years RN experience preferrably in ICU or other Critical Care area
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
• Current Oregon nursing license
• BLS, ACLS
