Job description
MasterTech is on the search for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer in Odessa, TX.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $100,000/year salary, plus up to 10% in performance bonuses annually.

Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Utilization of mechanical design and engineering techniques to promote maintenance best practices throughout all company manufacturing facilities.
- Managing and controlling run times, wear and tear, and overall utilization of equipment/machinery.
- Coordinate root cause analysis for major failures.
- Development and implementation of new maintenance processes and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for overall performance of maintenance systems, machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc.
- Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure codes and regulations are met.
- Coordinate with Managers to develop, control, and adjust budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- RCM2
- 5 years or more in mechanical maintenance.
- Experience working in industrial environments and manufacturing.
- 3 or more years of preventative maintenance experience.
