Join Our Team as a Member Services Coordinator!
Are you passionate about fostering strong member relationships and enhancing organizational efficiency? Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Member Services Coordinator.
As the Member Services Coordinator, you will spearhead the development of our association's membership database, contribute to our member retention strategy, and coordinate exciting inside sales opportunities. You'll also play a crucial role in enhancing membership data reporting and identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our association's membership database
- Contribute to the member service retention strategy
- Coordinate inside sales opportunities for membership
- Enhance membership data reporting and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies
- Serve as the main point of contact for member services engagement, inquiries, and benefits
Qualifications:
- Proficient in database administration
- Working knowledge of various computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of college experience or equivalent work experience
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of database administration experience
- Prior experience in customer service in a professional setting required
- Managerial experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry preferred
