Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

The Deputy Director, Pricing and Contracting Analytics will be primarily responsible for leading working groups with Account Management and CD&A areas to provide proactive, and ad hoc (reactive) analysis. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify and develop reporting and analytics that could be provided proactively to meet business needs. In addition, this position will play a lead role in new system implementation. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical.

Proactive reporting and analytics: Responsible for working with Account Management and other stakeholders to identify current and future needs which can be met proactively. Once identified, lead the development and delivery of agreed upon reporting and analytics in a timely manner.

Ad hoc reporting and analytics: Work closely with the Market Access heads and Account Management to perform ad hoc data queries and provide insights and recommendations key to understanding the market, performance and making strategic pricing change. Also responsible for resolving reported discrepancies relative to membership, contract fee payments, and contract sales

Data management: Act as a liaison between CD&A and digital teams to manage internal projects due to data issues and discrepancies.

Pricing reporting and analytics: Responsible for providing Pricing team with analytics and reporting to evaluate current pricing and assist in the evolution of future pricing changes and strategies.  

Contract performance assessment: Support Director, Pricing & Contracting Analytics in monitoring and assessing performance and providing ROI analysis and KPIs for highlighting anomalies in performance and provide a root cause analysis and assessing performance in coordination with competitor price moves/product launches/product discontinuation.

System implementation: Lead the implementation of new systems and process while also supporting the continued management of current processes.
