We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire a motivated, organized, caring individual who has a passion to provide outstanding customer service as our Scheduling Assistant. Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Scheduling Assistant. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.

• Answer and direct in-coming phone calls
• Schedule consultations
• Manage designers appointment calendars
• Greet visitors
• General office duties

• Working knowledge of computers
