The Clinical Analyst I is responsible for clinical systems support for the center based clinicians during deployment, implementation and ongoing use of Allscripts Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and coordinates closely with the Clinical Applications team and the Solutions center as part of the overall business support team.
- Provide support to Concentra Center Clinical colleagues as needed related to proper system use for Allscripts TouchWorks EMR, working in conjunction with the Solutions Center and the
Clinical Applications team - Meet established goals for availability for calls, contact and resolution times based on established priorities
- Ensure that all issues are logged promptly and accurately with detailed up-to-date information
- Consistently follow documented call management processes including logging, follow up, updating and closing
- Review outstanding issues on a daily basis to assure that troubleshooting and resolutions are current
- Engage Allscripts vendor as needed to report/escalate Allscripts TouchWorks EMR issues
- Consistently demonstrate a professional, pleasant and cheerful demeanor to customers and coworkers
- Provide feedback to clinicians and identify opportunities for improvement with system use, workflow, process, training, etc.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program); or
- Masters’ of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies (graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program)
- Physician assistant must have and maintain NCCPA certification
- Nurse Practitioner requires certification by ANCC, AANPCB, AACN, PNCB or NCC.
- Current state licensure in accordance with state laws of practice. If not licensed in the State of Texas, must obtain Texas license within 90 days.
- Must maintain Texas state nurse practitioner licensure or physician assistant licensure throughout the course of employment
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Customarily has at least three or more years of experience as an Advance Practitioner
- Clinical systems interest/aptitude and experience from the clinical perspective
- Allscripts Enterprise EMR systems experience a plus

- A patient, analytical focus will be the keys success in this new operations role
- Excellent communications skills, written and oral, active listening and giving constructive feedback as appropriate
- Customer service focus, understanding the centers as internal customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to trouble shoot, identify root cause and identify trends
- Calm, patient approach to center interactions, supportive versus punitive approach
- Ability to work well in a cross functional team, primarily IT focused in composition
