Job description

Sr. Cybersecurity Consultant

Develop and execute a strategic cybersecurity plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, leveraging expertise in Arctic Wolf , to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the bank's systems and infrastructure and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Provide guidance on emerging threats and technologies, operational technology, with a focus on networking, ensuring the security posture is adaptive and proactive.
Direct network vulnerability management program in collaboration with agency security organization and operational stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement robust security architectures, incorporating solutions like Arctic Wolf for threat detection and response.
Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs for bank employees, integrating insights from cybersecurity tabletop exercises.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a cybersecurity consultant in the financial industry.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection, with a focus on Arctic Wolf.
Proficient in conducting security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments using Arctic Wolf.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
