POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of multiple restaurants. The GM develops and delegates localized initiatives to support meeting the metrics for growth in sales and cover counts. They ensure the business is profitable through successfully developing and implementing strategies around staffing, associate development, effective scheduling, managing the beverage and labor costs, marketing, safety and sanitation, and demonstrating the mission and values to drive results and excellent service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise food production. Assist as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Help controlling costs and adhere to SOP's to increase profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in a similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of food and kitchen operations - Good customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
