Are you a hardworking and energetic individual and like being on the go?

We are seeking a Full-time Primary Care Physician to do patient care in our nursing homes, while also overseeing our providers work. The candidate should be ok to travel within Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Far Rockaway.

Requirements :

• MD or DO license in the state of NY
  

• Ok to travel to Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Far Rockaway (EZ pass paid)
  

• Nursing Home experience- a must
  
• Energetic and workaholic
