Rainier Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Vancouver, WA. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families. At Rainier Springs we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives® . 

Rainier Springs is looking for a Mental Health Tech to join our team! This full-time position has a set schedule of 7PM to 7AM. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, Insurance Benefits & more.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary/Hourly: $ 19.70-26.18

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma
• Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
• Proof of Insurance
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:

• Experience working an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
• Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.
