(Physician/MD qualifications required) Obstetrics And Gynecology - OBG Position Available in a Northern Suburb of Chicago, IL

Private Group of 2: "William E. Woods, M.D., SC". They also employ one Nurse Practitioner. William Woods, M.D. (BC - 66 years of age 33 yrs of exp).Carmin Woods-Hollowell, M.D. (BC-45 years of age 14 years of exp)
Scope of Practice: Full spectrum Obstetrics and Gynecology practice (office and hospital)
Reason for search: succession planning (one of the two OBGYNs will be retiring in the next few years).
Potential Call Schedule: 1 in 3 +
Office: One located in Gurnee. Modern and well appointed. 8 exam rooms and contains the latest, state-of-the art in office procedure equipment for gynecological procedures and obstetrical patient management.
Partnership: Yes, after two years.
Practice boasts a payor mix of over 80% commercial.

5 LDR(P) rooms
7 traditional labor rooms
2 dedicated Operating rooms for C-sections
29 OB beds
Level II Nursery 30 beds - 3 Neonatologists on staff
