What We Are Looking For
Our U.S. Personal Banking Marketing division is on the lookout for creative, ambitious marketers with a knack for excellence. This role presents a unique chance to capitalize on our high-tech, high-touch approach to relationships. Within our Specialty Partner Marketing Group, you'll be instrumental in spearheading marketing initiatives across various partners, playing a critical role in our marketing success.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Craft and oversee the annual marketing plan, focusing on driving growth through targeted campaign strategies, segmentation, and compelling offers.
Collaborative Efforts: Liaise with clients and agencies to develop marketing communications that inspire customer action. Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, optimize strategies, and share insights.
Compliance and Innovation: Ensure all campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards while maintaining documentation. Challenge the status quo by driving innovation through both digital and traditional marketing channels, enhancing the customer shopping journey, and optimizing targeting.
As a pivotal figure, you'll maintain close relationships with internal teams and partners, fostering new accounts and usage to fuel profitable sales. Your role demands a blend of strong interpersonal skills, a deep passion for marketing, and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications
Proficient in managing multi-faceted marketing programs within a complex organizational structure.
Experience with private label and/or co-brand credit card marketing, utilizing various channels to optimize return on investment.
Demonstrated success in a partner or client-facing role, underpinned by a strong foundation in marketing principles.
A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA in Business, Marketing, or Marketing Management.
Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the capability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Salary Range: $114,720.00 - $172,080.00 Annually
