Job Role : Program Lead/Manager
Location : Pittsburg Pennsylvania (Day 1 onsite)
Duration : Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Retail Experiences mandatory and overall 15 years of experiences
- Coordinate with project teams and Customer to ensure timely and costeffective sequencing and execution of critical path milestones across interdependent projects/ activities within assigned program and overall portfolio
- Establish Program Governance and Controls structures to enable effective escalation and decisionmaking processes.
- Cultivate collaborative partnership among stakeholders to enable scoping financial and resource decisions
- Coordinate with offshore delivery leadership and practices to ensure overall program is executed as planned
- Identify document and elevate crossorganizational and vendordriven dependencies and work with executives and peers across the organization to develop and implement appropriate dependency management processes
- Identify and manage assessment of major changes to scope schedule and budget through the appropriate Program and Enterprise governance approval mechanisms
- Hire and mentor project team and matrixed team members provide guidance on adherence to the Project Management practices.
- Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program execution and work with relevant stakeholders to monitor mitigation plan
- Develop and maintain required program management artifacts and ensure that all projects have appropriate project management artifacts and processes in accordance with Project Management standards
- Identify opportunity and ensure the same is executed as planned
- Identify efficiencies and present recommended improvement opportunities at various levels of management.
Must have skills:
- Must have managed multiple projects/ Programs including AMS Development and support
- Good domain knowledge on retail industry is a must
- Strong project and program management skills
- Strong focus on collaboration team building and customer service
- Highly motivated and selfdirected
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
- Excellent analytical mathematical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Excellent listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Microsoft Office (Word Excel Visio PowerPoint MS Project)
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Active PMP other Certification is plus
- Very good communication skills and Interpersonal skills
