Customer Service Representative

We are actively seeking someone that is passionate about helping customers and looking for a rewarding career within our fast-growing company.

The Company: Our Client located in Lakewood Ranch, FL in a state-of-the-art facility and is a leader in E- commerce. Their core values include having a positive mindset working in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Position : We are looking CSR that will be responsible for helping customers get equipped with heavy duty trailer hitches and towing accessories.

• Hourly Pay Rate is $20 to $30 Per Hour Depending on Experience
• 6 Federal Holidays Paid
• 1 Week PTO First Year
• Dental Insurance
• Health Insurance (50%Paid by Company)
• Vision Insurance

Requirements:

• Monday – Friday 8AM - 5PM With 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Experience in CSR or Other Related Fields
• Ability to Multi- Task And Prioritize
• Excellent Written And Verbal Skills
• Critical Thinking And Problem Solving
• Comfortable With Computers
• Experience With Shopify Preferred (Not Required)

Responsibilities:

• Interact With Customers Via Phone, Email And in Person
• Provide Information About Jobs And Services
• Resolve Product Issues
• Document And Update Customer Records
• Develop And Maintain a Knowledge Base of Evolving Product Line
• Follow Company Process
