- Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including class action cases
- Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication
- Correspond with insurance providers, claim adjusters, medical professionals, etc.
- Request medical records/bills and conduct in-depth analysis of documentation
- Manage case statuses and handle file maintenance/organization
- 5+ Years of Paralegal Experience
- Strong Litigation Background in Personal Injury Law
- Familiarity with Class Action Lawsuits preferred
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
