We are looking for someone to help us train dogs. Duties include and are not limited to; training using the proprietary Make Your Dog Epic dog training system, educating clients on how to train and fulfill their dog among many other things, feeding, bathing, pottying, cleaning up, and supervising playtimes/walks! No experience is needed but a good attitude is a must! There is a possibility of moving to a full-time dog trainer depending on how well you're handling dogs and what the business's needs are. *This will start out as a Part-Time position with the possibility of moving into a full-time position if desired in the future.* Responsibilities: • Training any and all dog breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, and personalities (this does include aggression and anxiety) using the proprietary Make Your Dog Epic dog training system • Meeting or exceeding deadlines • Educating and working with clients • Working at our training facility in Nampa, at clients' personal homes, or at public parks or other public spaces • Prioritizing your time appropriately • Communicating with clients • Problem-solving • Pottying dogs • Walking/exercising/playing with dogs • Taking excellent care of our canine guests! • Bathing, brushing, clipping nails • Cleaning the facility in all aspects • Cleaning accidents, kennels, and yard space • Running errands • Assisting trainers as instructed • Laundry • Data entry/scanning paperwork/keeping notes and logs • Inventory • Taking photos of dogs/updating clients • Administering medication • Breaking down and putting up cots, kennels, equipment • Monitoring the health of dogs • Keeping dogs  Safe and  Secure Qualifications: • Reliability is #1 • Self-motivated to start and stay busy and productive • Hard-working • Problem-solving • Finding things that need to be done • Coachable • Task-oriented • Friendly and approachable • Professional • Detail oriented • Team Player • Ability to prioritize tasks and time efficiently and effectively • Team Player • Personable and customer service oriented • Understand urgency and ability to meet deadlines • Compassionate/love dogs! • Ability to adjust to change and 'go with the flow' • Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and behavioral statuses (we will teach you) • Reliable personal vehicle that can be used daily for work as needed (with current insurance) • Decent driving record • No criminal history of violent or fraudulent crimes About Company: We are Idaho's #1 Choice for dog training needs and have won multiple awards!
