Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $24.93 - $33.59 per hour, based on years of experience
• Attractive Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
• Shift Differentials: Nights $3.25, Weekends $2
• Case-by-case relocation assistance

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) Schedule: Full-time - Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Job Overview: Join a leading 523-bed medical and surgical acute care center in North Central Florida. Our facility, committed to comprehensive cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, and neurosciences, seeks dedicated Respiratory Therapists. We provide minimally-invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, weight loss surgery, women’s health, and wound therapy. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and managing respiratory care, including therapies and equipment
• Performing and interpreting Arterial Blood Gases
• Effective communication with healthcare teams and patients
• Ensuring adherence to protocols and standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, Critical care unit)
• Required State Respiratory License
• NBRC – RRT/CRT certification
• BLS and additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) to be obtained within 30 days of start
