Duties:
- Answering phones and emails
- Making and printing weekly bulletins
- Keeping track of and scheduling parish events
- Assisting the pastor with his schedule
- Filing and organizing sacramental records
- Parish messaging via Flocknote
- Sending a parish e-newsletter on Fridays
- Tracking and stocking office supplies
- Be a joyful and kind first point of contact for the Parish
- Direct people to the right place
- Pray with people who come in or call
- Social media posts and website updates
Full-time: 40 hours a week, 8am-5pm with one hour lunch break
$17/hr. plus benefits. Sick time after 30 days, vacation accrues after 7 months, retirement after 2 years, $100K term life insurance
