Sr. Field Support Engineer $35 - $40/hr.

Solugenix is on the lookout for a seasoned Sr. Field Support Engineer to join our client's team. This contract to hire position is situated in Rio Rancho, NM, requiring onsite presence.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a field support engineering role.
Field Service Engineering: Proficient in Hands & Feet support, providing high-level technical assistance directly to clients.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of offering support and communicating technical concepts to a diverse client base.
Desktop Support Expertise:
Data Center Support Proficiency:
Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Client Support: Experience in direct client support, addressing and solving issues at the client's desk.
System Administration: Familiarity with server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and basic administration of Windows/Linux servers.
Documentation: Strong documentation skills to maintain service records, system configurations, and updates.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
