Join our team as a Roadway Programs Technician 1, where you will contribute to the review, analysis, and enhancement of maintenance operations in alignment with management goals and departmental guidelines within Blair County.   Your primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the evaluation, examination, and enhancement of maintenance operations in Blair County, in accordance with management objectives and department policies and procedures. You will assess work plans to guarantee a well-rounded program and the availability of labor, materials, equipment, and funds necessary for completion. Adjustments to work plans will be made as needed. Data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems will be assessed and analyzed to ensure program objectives are achieved and system control is maintained. The accuracy of foreman payrolls will be reviewed, and support for payroll will be provided. Reports will be utilized to monitor work data, such as completed production units, man-hours utilized, equipment usage, and material consumption, and any discrepancies will be resolved to meet work plans.
