HirexHire (pronounced hire by hire) is a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy that integrates with companies short-term to provide long-term talent solutions. We take a seat in our client’s everyday operations to understand their people goals, gaps, and challenges. We then develop and implement the processes and technologies to execute a sustainable and scalable talent plan.
We partner with companies expecting or experiencing high growth who need to hire at scale or fill a critical role rapidly. Our clients are not looking for quick-fix placements but are thoughtfully building a hiring strategy to scale their businesses.
THE ROLE
As the Hardware Tech, you will be required to be on site full time. This is a client-facing role where you will be working in Apple products. You will be troubleshooting problems end users encounters using our software and hardware via Zoom and/or phone, handle facility tasks, create Bill of Ladings for equipment shipments, and monitor event hardware status in real time.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Ability to work onsite in the warehouse 5 days of the week, full time.
Exceptional problem solver to respond and address hardware/software issues that may arise relative to our client’s Badge Printing platform
Strong attention to detail and purposeful execution of tasks
Technical knowledge of networking via ethernet, wi-fi, and cellular is desirable
Strong communication skills
At least 2 years of B2B support experience
Availability for flexible scheduling during week and on weekends
