Job Title: Clerical Administrative Assistant

Location: Fort Pierce FL 34945

Position Type: PartTime (2025 hours per week)

Work Hours: 9 am 1:30 pm/2 pm (with some possible flexibility)

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a parttime Clerical Administrative Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be based at the Fort Pierce location and will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and be adaptable to changing tasks.

Clerical Duties and Responsibilities

Take payments and record payments throughout the month (most payments are in the first two weeks of the month).

Keep track of contracts and renewals (currently 89 contracts and depending on when they joined the facility determines their renewal date).

Process all other invoices for the Sunshine Kitchen.

Order supplies for the building.

Answer phone calls.

Send out emails to potential clients and correspondence to current clients.

Office filing and organization.

Requirements

Clerical Requirements and Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or Bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail in financial transactions and recordkeeping.

Effective communication skills for phone and email correspondence.

Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
