Overview:

Collaborate with the Director on all operations of the depanment, including budgeting and funding; facilities, programming, and strategic planning and implementation within the Feinstein Institute. Provide continuity and direction for the Feinstein Institute in the absence of the Director. 

Essential Duties:

  1. In conjunction with the Director, administer the staff, operations, and programs of the Feinstein Institute for Public Service and implement the Institute's strategic vision and plan. Collaborate with the Director on department budget, facilities, strategic planning, and implementation. Oversee and supervise all full-time staff and provide general oversight to GA's assigned to the Institute. Act as chief liaison to the College's transportation department in communicating all transportation needs of the Institute and assist in managing the overall demand for transportation related to the lnstitute's programs and initiatives. In conjunction with the Director, participate in grant writing, grant administration, and fundraising. Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders that are imperative to the lnstitute's work, including Financial Aid, Payroll, Institutional Research, Office of Institutional Diversity, Campus Ministry, the Provost's office, Student Affairs, and others. Represent the Feinstein Institute on the College's Standing Committee on Service helping this committee
