Job description
Surety Associate Account Manager Job LocationsPRIMARY FUNCTION : Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our surety clients as well as our company representatives by working in tandem with the Account Executives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Receive, submit, and process all clients' requests for service, i.e. bid/ contract/license/permit/court bonds daily.
* Respond to the client as requested on all bonds.
* Responsible for review of documents prepared prior to releasing to the client.
* Keep the Account Executive informed on account activity.
* Prepare and execute all bonds as well as indemnity agreements/applications accurately as needed.
* Adhere to all company procedures and insurance regulations.
* Invoice New Business and Renewals through Elron and EPIC
* Other functions as requested to support the department goals.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Ability to take initiative
