Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and outgoing professional to fill the Business Development Liaison position. The ideal candidate will be a team player and possess the ability to generate new patient referrals. Your ideas and business development efforts will be highly valued, and we aim to have a positive impact on our team members to help our company grow.
Salary: $75 - 85K
Qualifications:
* Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a positive professional business image.
* MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and occasional weekends to attend functions and events.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, outreach or related roles, strong communication, presentation, and relationship building.

We are hiring for a Director of Business Development.

- Assist with hiring, directs, trains and supervises the sales team at the agency level.
- Coaches employees to overcome objections and collaboratively work toward growth goals.
- Supervises and monitors growth and health of the sales team in their defined territories.
- Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources providing in-services and education to the sales team.
- Communicates with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals in regard to interested, prospective and/or current patients.
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community at large to bring a greater understanding of the hospice philosophy and support to all patients that desire our care.
- Assists the Intake Team in overseeing the referral to the admissions process to achieve growth goals.
- Manages conflict and complaint resolution when necessary.
- Develop an agency business plan establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget to drive financial performance.
- Understand key drivers of revenue admissions and design strategic sales strategies to achieve agency growth goals.
- Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates educational events, health fairs and community programs.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all policy and procedures.
- Maintains compliance by documenting accurately and timely within the organization’s electronic health record.

- Knowledge of and adherence to the employee Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in hospice sales is required.
You must have reliable transportation; the ability to drive is required.
