Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37,980 - $42,560 per year
Receptionist Overview: As a Receptionist at Seronda Network, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. You play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, contributing to the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
