Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will have to opportunity to connect with, and positively impact the lives of our senior living residents daily by planning, coordinating, and managing activities, holiday celebrations and special events within our community. In this role, you will work alongside the Director of Senior Living and the community’s Executive Director to ensure that our residents are able to choose from a robust set of activities and programs to fill their days.

Life Enrichment Coordinator Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a creative, event coordination, or activity planning role required.
• Excellent communication skills; both oral and in writing.
• Compassion for older adults.
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends as needed.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
