In this role, you will be assisting in developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies, communication campaigns, conducting thorough testing, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving customer experience and engagement throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling and targeted communication strategy for various channels, including email, social media, web, paid ads, and in-app messaging.
- Monitor and optimize communication flows to enhance customer experience and drive desired actions
- Help develop lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
- Create targeted campaigns for different stages of the customer journey, from onboarding to reactivation.
- Implement data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to stay ahead in testing and optimization techniques.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, communication, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
